Jericho Road aim to show Jesus’ love and hope to women affected by the sex industry in Nottinghamshire.

Established in 2000, the Jericho Road Project works in a variety of practical and personal ways with women who are affected by the sex industry.

How to Get Involved

Volunteering for Jericho Road is one of the ways you can get involved as part of the church family here at Trinity. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, we would love to hear from you! Just fill out our ‘Get Involved’ form or email compassion@trinitychurchnottingham.org to find out more.

Prison Work

Jericho maintain contact with women they know who are spending time in prison, through letter writing and prison visits. These visits allow to meet women face to face, by listening to them and by assisting them with resettlement structures for their release. See below what they have going on:

Bible Studies - Fridays 8.30am-12pm.

Art programme - Fridays 11.45am-4.45pm.

Prison Visiting & Resettlement - Tuesday 12.30pm-5.30pm

Street Outreach teams

The Street Outreach Team take to the streets in the minibus up to three evenings a week, meeting women working in the red light district. They provide a listening ear, along with a hot drink, food, warm clothing and prayer.

This provides an opportunity to connect with the women - whether it’s a friendly chat or it’s supporting them in accessing services, both at our project and across the city.

Evenings on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Drivers also needed!
