STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025

Are you aged 18–30? Feel like God might be calling you towards working for His church?

Now the big question: are you hungry, and willing to explore what it looks like to give everything to Jesus?

We would love you to consider applying for the Trinity Internship. In becoming an Intern, you will join the staff team of Trinity Church Nottingham for a year, serving across the broad spectrum of church life, as we pursue the vision of seeing His Church on fire, and the city alive.

You’ll receive input and teaching, but the best thing we can offer is space for God to move, and the space and support for you to respond. We are not offering a work experience programme; the Internship is an invitation to the Trinity team as we collectively surrender to Jesus and seek to serve him in this city.

At Trinity, we partner as a placement church with the Diocesan Apprentice Track. Your application will be to their internship scheme (see below), meaning you’ll also be part of monthly gatherings, small group meet-ups, and adopting daily rhythms, alongside a community of young adults committed to taking the next step in their discipleship.

TIMELINE

Trinity Application deadline: 6th May

Interviews to be held by 20th June

Confirmation of interview outcome by 30th June

Term runs from September 8th 2025 to July 31st 2026

The application and interview process will be one of discernment both for us (alongside Duncan at the Apprentice Track) and for you as an applicant. We are praying for those whom God is calling to this opportunity. While we haven’t got a set number of places to be filled, we will also have to put a practical limit on numbers in order to give our best to those joining us. So we encourage you to pray and listen, and then to apply as soon as you’re ready. We’re trusting the Spirit to do the rest.
