We exist at Trinity to see the church on fire, and the city alive.

We’re a church pursuing the fullness of life Jesus promised–a life full of passion, freedom, adventure and faith. This starts with what God is doing in our lives as we receive and respond to His love. Whether we’re gathered together or scattered across the city, we’re daily following in the footsteps of Jesus.

We’re committed to changing the atmosphere of the city as we live and pray in it throughout the week. We’re a family who are learning to join in with God’s hopes and dreams for the city on Monday through Saturday, and we’re dreaming of building individuals and institutions that transform the world we’re in.

We’d love you to gather with us on the adventure!

Jonny & Amy Hughes

Jonny & Amy moved to Nottingham in 2016 to start Trinity. Before moving to Nottingham they’d spent the bulk of the previous decade working in churches in London and Southern California, where their eldest daughter Gracie was born. Since then, Gracie has been joined by Joseph, Eden, Anna, and Hazel.

Jonny started life in the North of the country, while Amy grew up down South, so the Midlands turned out to be the perfect compromise! They love Nottingham, and are excited to play their part in God’s plans for Trinity and for Nottingham.
