The things we practice everyday make us who we are.

As a church we practice a simple Daily Rhythm of prayer. Whether you’re brand new to praying, or have been doing it for years, these Prayer Practices can change your life and the life’s of those around you. All so that we can see:

THE CHURCH ON FIRE AND CITY ALIVE.

We start each day by reading a passage from the Bible - the Psalms is a great place to start. We read the Psalm, and then use it as a launchpad to pray for our days, our lives, the City and the World.

You can find out the Psalm for the Day here.

Below is a Podcast in which Amy leads us through a Morning Psalm.

At midday we pause for a minute and pray the prayer Jesus taught us:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and for ever.
Amen.

At night we reflect back on our day with God and do 3 things:

  1. Thank Him for the good times and where He felt close

  2. Say sorry for where we went wrong and where He felt distant

  3. Ask God for what you need tomorrow to walk more closely with Him
