Consumer or Disciple?
This week Jonny continues our series in Luke’s gospel, looking at a key moment of transition in Jesus’ life. He makes the point that the crowd’s desire to keep Jesus near reflects an attitude of consumption rather than one of discipleship. Jesus, instead, draws near to The Father. Jonny urges all disciples to do what Jesus did in this key moment, and draw near to The Father in prayer.
